MOORHEAD - (KFGO-AM) -- The car that crossed into the path of a minivan south of Moorhead Friday afternoon had been the subject of complaints by other drivers.
State Patrol Sgt. Jesse Grabow says troopers and Clay County deputies were looking for the car when the broadside collision took place on a curve on Highway 75.
Grabow says other drivers reported that the car was going fast, weaving in and out of traffic and forcing other vehicles onto the shoulder.
A 25 year-old Wheatland, North Dakota man died in the crash. He and two other people in the car were thrown from the wreckage.
Its unclear who was driving or whether drinking was a factor in the collision.
