BISMARCK - (KFGO-AM) -- The North Dakota Motor Carriers Association has partnered with Truckers Against Trafficking, to raise awareness of the issue of human trafficking.
The issue will be part of the second annual Oilfield Trucking Convention, being held in Dickinson next week.
Arik Spencer, executive vice president of the Motor Carriers Association, says Truckers Against Trafficking will have suggestions for truckers to report suspicious activity.
He says last year, over 100 trucking firms were represented at the convention, and he expects the same kind of attendance this year.
