THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. (KFGO AM) -- It's turning out to be a massive case of vandalism in northwestern Minnesota.
Three people are in jail, after more than $30-thousand worth of windows were shot out in two counties and reports continue to come in.
19-year old Casey Sauve along with two, 17-year old male juveniles, all from Red Lake Falls and Thief River Falls face a string of felony charges, including criminal damage to property, discharge of a firearm in a school zone and "drive by" shooting. Investigators say the trio stole pellet guns from the Thief River Wal Mart and then went on the drive-by shooting spree.
Windows in at least 3-dozen vehicles and businesses in St. Hillaire, Thief River Falls and Red Lake Falls were shot out.
Four windows valued at $28-hundred were shot at the Red Lake Falls High School.
School surveillance video helped identifty the suspects.
The camera caught their car, the three looking at the damages and taking photo's of the damage.
