LEITH, N.D. (KFGO-AM) -- A group that works to find solutions to racism, hate and other injustices has made an offer to the white supremacist who has bought property in Leith, North Dakota. Scott Garmin of UnityND says they'd be willing to reimburse Craig Cobb for whatever price he has paid for his house and the 12 lots he bought, if he leaves North dakota within seven days.
Cobb had been encouraging other white supremacists to move to Leith to help him take control of the community.
Garmin says it would probably cost about $10,000 if Cobb accepts the offer. He says about a half-dozen members of the group would use money out of their own pockets to pay Cobb to leave.
UnityND.com does accept donations on its web site.
