FARGO, ND (KFGO AM) -- A former Fargo Davies High School student originally accused of assaulting a classmate at the school has changed his plea to guilty.
Sexual assault and simple assault charges against 18-year old Borris Dahn were dropped and he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unlawful imprisonment.
Police say a student told them Dahn threw a girl to the ground after a girl called him a racial slur.
The incident happened last March after school.
Dahn says he is not a violent person and is happy about how everything turned out.
