GRAND FORKS, ND. (KFGO AM) -- Big news for the Grand Forks area .
Assistant U.S. Air Force Secretary Kathleen Fergusson says the deal establishing a business park for Unmanned Aerial Systems at the Grand Forks Air Force base will be wrapped up in two months.
Grand Forks County will rent 217 acres of the air base for 50 years under terms of the deal.
A recent economic impact report says the UAS test site, dubbed "Grand Sky Park" could support 2700 jobs.
Northrop-Grumman will be Grand Sky's anchor tenant.
