MINOT, ND. (KCND AM) -- The commander of the Global Strike Command has been asked by his superiors to come up with an action plan to address any problems at the bases responsible for nuclear missiles and B-52 bombers.
Lieutenant General Stephen Wilson told the Minot Military Affairs Committee the task needs to be completed quickly.
Wilson does say the Minot Air Force Base passed its latest inspection with flying colors.
At Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana, roughly half of the 183 missile launch officers have been implicated in a cheating scandal.
