BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- The governors of North Dakota and Maryland have made a friendly bet on the NCAA Division One Football Championship Subdivision title game. North Dakota State meets Towson University Saturday in Frisco, Texas, for a shot at its third consecutive FCS national football championship. Governor Jack Dalrymple wagered a case of North Dakota-made Dreamfields low-carb pasta.
Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley put up a package of crabcakes.
