BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota oil drillers keep producing oil at a record pace and are closing in on a million barrels of oil a day. The Department of Mineral Resources says the state produced an average of just over 973,000 barrels per day in November. That's up from an average of 945,000 barrels daily in October. North Dakota's oil patch had a record 10,000 producing wells in November, up from 9,900 in September. The state also produced 32.5 million cubic feet of natural gas in November, averaging a record of more than 1 million cubic feet daily.
