BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to dealing drugs out of a trailer home on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation. Chadwick Cummings is charged in federal court with maintaining drug-involved premises.
Authorities say he used the residence to distribute methamphetamine and heroin to several people. The charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison.
Sentencing has been set for April 21 in Bismarck.
