WEST FARGO, ND. (KFGO AM) -- A West Fargo father of four is recovering after surviving a heart attack.
34-year-old Justin Gress says he's thankful, but concerned for his family's future as medical bills pile up.
A week ago, Gress was lying in a hospital bed in a coma and was pronounced clinically dead for 10 minutes before coming back to life.
Gress went into cardiac arrest while running on a treadmill at a gym.
If it wasn't for some good samaritans he wouldn't be alive.
Gress is the family's sole breadwinner and worked two jobs, but right now he has no income, and no medical insurance.
An account has been set up at State Bank and Trust under the name Justin Gress.
There will be a spaghetti feed benefit and silent auction for the family on may 10th at El Zagal in Fargo.
