After 33 years of thrilling audiences around the world, Mötley Crüe is calling it quits. During a press conference on Tuesday at Beacher's Madhouse Theater in Hollywood, CA, a representative for Live Nation announced that the group will be disbanding following a farewell outing, which will kick off later this year.
Crüe’s final trek boasts a total of 72 shows, with 60 of the dates going on sale on Friday. Legendary rocker Alice Cooper will be the opening act for the tour.
To celebrate the announcement of their farewell tour, Mötley Crüe will pay a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live! The band is scheduled to perform a mini-concert on the late-night show's outdoor stage tonight on ABC at midnight ET/11 p.m. CT.
