FARGO (KFGO-AM) - West Acres officials are asking customers who may have been in the mall during Tuesday night's police chase to contact them with questions, or concerns.
The shopping center was briefly locked down while armed agents from the ND Bureau of Criminal Investigation searched for man wanted on felony warrants.
West Acres Property Manager Chris Heaton says the mall takes its obligation to customers very seriously. “What we’d like to do is to reach out to any customers who may have been impacted by the situation as it unfolded,” Heaton said. “We understand that it was probably a very scary situation for some people.”
Heaton says West Acres is "fully evaluating" the incident "from start to finish" to see if anything needs to be improved.
