GRAND FORKS, ND (KFGO AM) -- Three Grand Forks residents are in jail following a meth bust.
Daniel and Crystal Lowery were arrested at their home where they were allegedly cooking meth.
Police removed the couple's four children from the home, brought them to a hospital to be checked over for potential exposure to hazardous chemicals and placed them in protective custody.
The Lowrys face charges of conspiracy to manufacture meth, possession of meth and four counts of endangerment of a child.
A third person, Billy Joe Grimes was also arrested at the home and charged with possession and conspiracy to make meth.
Since the Lowery's home is within 1,000-feet of St. Mary's School, they could face a maximum sentence of life in prison if they're convicted.
